We had a new home built during the years of 2019-20 and IRS (Tom) completed all of the interior work as well as some exterior work.
Working with IRS created a stress free environment as Tom has the ability to put your ideas into the design/build or make suggestions or recommendations that may compliment your ideas.
Tom’s work included cabinet design and installation; walk in shower design and installation including tile work and shower doors; installation of granite floor tile; Installation of floor, door and window trim; design and install cabinetry in the bathrooms as well as walk in closets, installation of stairs, balusters, iron spindles on the stairs as well as the balcony; installation of the Trex decking system on an exterior wraparound deck; application of epoxy coating on the garage floor in addition to many other tasks.
To summarize the quality of work it was unparalleled! This was our fourth home build and although the quality of construction was high in our other homes it would not compare to the meticulous attention to detail administered during this project.
In closing I will say we wouldn’t hesitate to get IRS (Tom) to do any project big or small as I know the quality of craftsmanship is beyond compare!
